Operations English Intensive
10-day intensive for operations department managers and team leads
Designed for your field and/or specific production facility, these intensives give operations personnel the English they need to communicate confidently about the equipment, processes and workplace they work with every day. Participants develop the language to describe process flow and operating conditions, explain changes and abnormalities, coordinate with maintenance teams, and communicate equipment and production status. The programme can also cover handovers, permits to work, incident reporting, operational procedures, troubleshooting discussions, and communication with IOC team leads and other international counterparts.

Maintenance English Intensive
10-day intensive for maintenance, instruments and reliability teams
Designed for maintenance teams working alongside operations personnel and international counterparts. These intensives develop the English needed to discuss maintenance requirements, coordinate isolations and repairs around production priorities, and communicate equipment status and return-to-service requirements. Participants also develop the language needed to discuss work orders, coordinate with operations departments, and report recommendations to IOC team leads and other international counterparts.
