The programme

A ten-day, full-day intensive delivered on or near site in southern Iraq. Built around the real documents and conversations your operations people handle every day: shift handover notes, permits to work, toolbox talks, deviation and incident reports, and daily coordination meetings with the lead contractor. Participants leave with a working vocabulary, tested spoken fluency in their own operational scenarios, and written templates they keep using.
