The programme

For department and segment managers who represent their function to the joint venture. Ten days on the language of management: chairing and contributing in meetings, monthly reporting, budget and scope discussion, professional email and correspondence, and the diplomatic English needed in partner negotiations with BOC and the lead contractor.
